Shuttle Service (Transportation) for the Festival
Our OC Bay Hopper shuttle service will be operating daily each day of the festivals.
NEW IN 2026: We are making significant changes to how we handle the Festival Schedule! We are going to ensure that everyone who books a late night ticket with us is able to enjoy the end of the concert. All of our last shuttles will leave at 11:15pm and will be the final runs of the night. (these will sell out quickly…)
Additionally, ALL LATE NIGHT SHUTTLE RETURNS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. We understand that plans change, but we can’t handle the volume of cancellations/rebookings that we have experienced in the past. If weather cancels the concert, then we will absolutely refund your tickets with the exception of a $2 handling fee per ticket.
Pricing will vary by location, right along with our gas usage and Captain’s time! 🙂
You will be booking a specific trip on one of our shuttles which has limited capacity. Your ticket is for a specific departure time and location and cannot be exchanged for another time/location if you are not there for the scheduled departure (we expect the boats to sell out).
Please know that we will refund money- with the exception of a $2 processing fee- for the shuttle in the event that the concert is cancelled OR the weather on the bay is unsafe/miserable for water transportation.

Frequently asked questions
Most frequent questions and answers
Do I have to choose a specific departure time?
Yes. Our boats have a limited capacity and we do not oversell the seats we offer. For that reason, you must choose a specific departure time (and you will see that times are SOLD OUT when we reach our capacity limit).
Do children/babies need a ticket?
Yes. Everyone needs a ticket to ride the OC Bay Hopper, regardless of age. Our boats have limited capacity and and even a baby or “lap child” counts toward that capacity limit.
What if the weather is bad?
If we are unable to run the boats due to extreme weather, we will give you the option of a credit (that never expires) or a full (-$2 for each ticket) refund.
What is your cancellation policy?
For festival transportation our policies are slightly different from our regular summer cruises. Because of the volume of tickets and the risk of weather cancellation, $2 of each shuttle tickets is NON-REFUNDABLE, even in the case of a weather/concert cancellation. (We must cover processing fees) We allow cancellation with the option of an almost full refund by September 15th. After that date, we will only refund if the weather makes our trips unsafe or the concert in cancelled.
