We thank all of the customers that made our first season in business so worthwhile.
Our Impact
The Numbers
Between Early May through Labor Day Weekend we ran 1,094 trips and served 3,972 people. 1,921 people used our shuttle service or water taxi to move around Ocean City safely which alleviated traffic and parking congestion.
We also ran 7 types of experiences: everything from Sunset Cruises to Ice Cream Cruises and even Shore Craft Beer Cruises! 2,051 people had some kind of unique experience on the coastal bays of Ocean City, MD.
But these numbers don’t tell the whole story… we asked for feedback throughout the year, recognizing that we had so much to learn as a new business. 285 of our customers provided feedback, with 97.18% of them indicating the highest level of satisfaction.

We also learned a ton this year.. We are going to spend the winter working on our software to tighten things up. We have ordered new cushions for our boats, and we have some brand new experiences that we are cooking up for 2020. If you want to be kept “in the loop” sign up to receive updates!
